What We Need From You 

To get started, please send us: 

  • Your logo or design in a high-quality format:  
    • Preferred formats:
      • .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
      • .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
      • .pdf (Editable vector PDF)

    • These formats keep your artwork sharp and scalable. They are essential for quality decoration on branded products. 
  • Let us know if you have specific brand colours? To ensure consistency and accuracy, we print using Pantone PMS colours. If your artwork includes CMYK or RGB colour references, our expert design team will match them to the closest possible PMS colour reference. 
  • Clear instructions if you have a preferred size or placement for your logo.

Common Mistakes to Avoid 

Sending low-resolution files like JPEGs or PNGs (unless for reference only). These often blur when resized and can affect the final printed result.

  • Embedding logos in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel files. These are not suitable for decorating promotional items. 
  • Missing fonts in your artwork. If your design uses custom fonts, please outline them or include the font files. 
  • Unclear colour instructions. If you want specific colours, let us know upfront.
