Sample Policy

We understand that seeing a sample can help you feel confident before placing an order. We're happy to provide samples, but due to the nature of our business, we have a few policies in place to balance this service with the costs involved.

Requesting Samples After a Quotation

We recommend browsing our website and requesting a written quotation for any products you're considering. This step helps you check pricing and product details to see if they suit your needs and budget.

Once you've reviewed the quotation and confirmed the products are a good fit, we can then talk about sample options.

Sample Costs

For general evaluation, samples are available at the quoted unit price, plus a $25 fee to cover freight and admin.

All samples are supplied blank, without any logo or branding. A tax invoice will be issued and payment is required before dispatch

Stock and Timing

Sample dispatch may take a few days, as factories and warehouses prioritise bulk orders. Please note that stock levels and production times can only be confirmed once an order is placed. Stock may sell out while samples are being arranged and reviewed.
