Design Proofs
Before anything goes to print we send a design mockup that requires approval. We ask that all details are reviewed carefully to ensuring accuracy. Approval is your responsibility. Once approved our production process commences. Any changes required after production starts may incur additional charges or cancellation fees. Delays in providing final artwork approvals may impact delivery timelines.
Product Decoration
When it comes to branding products there are numerous techniques that we use such as pad print, screen print, laser engraving and debossing etc.
Where we decorate in colour we use colour references based on the worldwide standard being the Pantone Matching System. This international matching system is used as a colour reference guide to all colour printed decoration methods. Due to our factories using the most up to date decoration processes some products may be decorated using digital print techniques and therefore the colours used are digital produced and are as closes as possible to actual PMS colours as matched by our team of graphic experts.
In any instance where there is a complete mismatch, please advise us within 7 days and The Promotional Product Experts will work with you to have the issue resolved as soon as practicable.
Product Guarantee
We pride ourselves on only supplying quality products which go through an extensive QA process if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product or there’s a fault or problem with that product, please advise us within 7 days and The Promotional Product Experts will work with you to resolve the issue ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Freight & Shipping
The Promotional Product Experts use 3rd party carriers to facilitate the distribution of our merchandise Australasia wide working with courirrs who provide preferred discounted rates.
Whilst we can assist as best as possible using a 3rd party carriers for freight means that we’re unable to make any guarantees on exact time & delivery.
If a package has been sent out, and not received within 7 days, please advise us in the earliest instance so we can urgently follow this up.
We’re unable to take liability for any lost packages that are a result of an incorrect address. If needed any redirection or redelivery charges will be billed at cost.
